À tous nos membres qui participeront au Championnat Provincial:

Soyez informés que les membres qui se classeront sur l'équipe Québec pour le Championnat National devront participer à ce tournoi, à moins d'une preuve de leur employeur ou d'un médecin de l'impossibilité d'y participer. Cette preuve devra être envoyée au bureau de l'ADQ et ce, avant la date limite de confirmation qui sera inscrite dans la lettre qu'ils recevront au Championnat Provincial. Si le joueur-euse n'a pas l'intention de participer au Championnat National, il ou elle ne devrait pas jouer dans les tournois régionaux ni le Championnat Provincial. À défaut de respecter ce règlement, le joueur-euse sera suspendu pour la prochaine saison de dards et sera sujet à une révision à la fin de la suspension.

To all our members: please be advised that players who will play in the provincial championships and will qualify on team Quebec to represent the province at the National darts championships will have to be present or have proof from their employer or in case of illness from their doctor. The letter of proof must be sent to the QDA office before the deadline date that will be listed in their letter of confirmation which they will receive at the provincials. If the player does not have any intention to participate in the nationals, he or she must not participate in regional qualifiers or provincials. If the player does not respect this rule, he or she will be suspended for the next season of darts and be subject for review at the end of his or her suspension. Mémo concernant le championnat provincial 2014

1- Les régions organiseront toujours des tournois régionaux

2- Les régions n’auront plus de limite de joueurs qu’elles peuvent amener au championnat provincial.

3- Un joueur peut maintenant s’inscrire pour participer au championnat provincial et ce, même s’il ne participe pas aux qualifications régionales.

4- Un joueur qui ne peut pas ou ne veut pas participer aux qualifications régionales peut s’inscrire au Championnat Provincial auprès du directeur de sa région ou directement au bureau de l’ADQ si il y a un conflit avec le directeur de la région.

Ces joueurs seront inscrits au bas de la liste de la région et pourront jouer le double puisqu’ils feront partie de la région. En ce qui concerne le pairage des joueurs pour le double, cela sera laisser a la discrétion du directeur régional.

5- Lorsqu’il est question d’un joueur qui est en conflit avec son directeur régional ou un autre membre de sa région, il pourra s’enregistrer au bureau de l’ADQ, en tant que membre indépendant. Il ne pourra pas jouer le double. Il devra acheter sa carte de membre dans sa région (sauf s’il s’agit d’un nouveau joueur). Il paiera les frais d’enregistrement ($125.) au bureau de l’ADQ. Cout de la carte de membre : $25.00

6- Quatre (4) date pour les qualifications régionales sont réservées : 6 octobre, 3 novembre, 8 décembre 2013 et 19 janvier 2014. Les régions ne sont pas tenues d’organiser quatre (4) tournois de qualification, mais doivent minimalement en tenir une.

7- Les joueurs doivent jouer les qualifications régionales dans la région à laquelle ils appartiennent. Ils ne peuvent pas aller dans une autre région.

8-La date limite pour la réception de l’enregistrement au championnat provincial et la carte de membre sera le 20 février 2014.

9- Format pour ceux qui ne passent pas les deux premières rondes : mini-tournois (sections hommes et sections femmes) au coût de 5$ chaque. Les joueurs peuvent s’inscrire au nombre de tournois qu’ils veulent. 2 partie, total des points. Il y aura un tirage pour les participants. Un homme et une femme gagneront une nuit (samedi) et les inscriptions (samedi et dimanche) du Québec Open suivant. Le tirage sera fait le dimanche du Provincial, après la finale.

Il est suggéré de garder 5$ sur chaque mini-tournoi et de remettre 25$ au gagnant. Chaque 5$ permettra de financer les prix.

*Un dépliant expliquant les nouvelles modalités sera fait et disponible au premier tournoi d’ouverture de saison. Il sera également disponible sur le site web de l’ADQ. Les directeurs regionaux pourront en remettre aux joueurs lors du premier régional.

Memo concerning the 2014 Provincial championships.

1. The regions will organize regional tournaments.

2. Regions will no longer have a limited amount of players that will be able to participate in the provincial championships.

3. A player may now register to play in the provincials even though he or she does not play in regional qualifiers.

4. A player who cannot or does not want to participate in regional qualifiers may register with his regional director or through the QDA office if there is a conflict with his director.

5. The players who chose not to play in their region will be placed at the bottom of the list that will be received from their regional director. Those players will be able to play the doubles event since they will be part of their region. The doubles pairs will be left up to the discretion of the regional director.

6. In the case of a player who is in conflict with the regional director or another player, that player may register with the QDA office and will be considered as an independant player. He or she will not be permitted to play in the doubles event at the provincials. He or she will purchase their membership card from their regional director at a cost of $25.00 and may register with the QDA office. The cost for registration is: $125. The deadline date for registration and to purchase your membership card is: February 20th-2014.

7. Regional tournaments will be held on the following dates reserved by the QDA, October 6th , November 3rd, December 8th 2013 and January 19, 2014. Regions are not obliged to run 4 tournaments but must run at least one.

8. Players must play in the region in which they live they may not participate in any other region.

9. The deadline date to receive the players registration and payment for the membership card is February20th, 2014.

10. Format for the players who do not pass the second round at the provincials: Mini tournaments, men’s and ladies events at a cost of $5.00 per event. Players may register in as many tournaments as they wish. Playing format: 2 games, total points. There will be a draw for the players who register in these events. One man and one lady will receive one night’s hotel on the Saturday and their registration for Saturday and Sunday into the next Quebec Open. The Draw will take place on the Sunday of the Provincials. $5.00 per event will go towards the prize and $25. 00 per event to the winners.

11. A Pamphlet will be prepared and will be available at the first QDA tournament in September. This pamphlet will also be posted on the QDA website. Regional directors will have these available to their players at their first regional tournament.
